Transformation of PAWBOL S.A. into PAWBOL Sp. z o.o.

Please be informed that on 30 April 2026, PAWBOL spółka akcyjna was transformed into PAWBOL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

As a result of the transformation, the company’s legal form has changed, while its existing NIP and REGON numbers, as well as bank account numbers, remain unchanged.

The company has been assigned a new entry number in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
